About MLinc Mortgage Solutions ("MLinc")

MLinc is a national provider of innovative solutions and consulting services to the mortgage industry.  We have extensive experience in helping mortgage companies protect their referral sources by partnering with home builders, real estate brokers and others to form  Affiliated Business Arrangements ("ABAs") or set up services agreements.    MLinc's Best Execution Partnership drives new found revenue to a client's bottom line by helping them transition from a "Best Efforts" to a "Mandatory" loan delivery program.  MLinc's ComplyMSA Valuation Model helps clients set fees for Marketing Services Agreements ("MSAs") with business partners, and collects data and support for service activities.  Also in the compliance arena,  MLinc's Proactive Compliance Partnership provides "Compliance on Call" for all inquiries regarding existing Regulations, and "Compliance on Cue" for interpretation and advice on implementation regarding changes to existing Regulations and new Regulations.  In addition, MLinc works with home builders, real estate brokers and community banks in mortgage origination, start ups, strategic relationships, and joint ventures.  MLinc also offers its expertise in helping its mortgage clients become more productive, and reduce cost and improve quality by outsourcing selected back end settlement and administrative functions.
